Return Policy

At Crit & Clatter Games, we take pride in curating quality goods for gamers, collectors, and creatives. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’re here to help—within reason and hobby shop tradition.

🕒 Return Window

Most returnable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase. All returns must be:

In new, unused condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by your receipt or order number

🚫 Items That Are Final Sale

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened trading card packs or boxes
Individual trading cards or singles
Digital items or downloads
Painted, assembled, or customized miniatures
Clearance or final sale items
3D printed or made-to-order products (unless damaged in shipping)

📦 Sealed Products & Boxed Games

Unopened board games, sealed TCG products, and boxed accessories may be returned within 14 days if they are in their original, unused condition.

Opened items can only be returned if they are defective or incomplete — we may ask for photos and will assist in reaching out to the manufacturer if needed.

🛠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If something arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days. Send a photo and description of the issue to hello@critandclatter.com and we’ll do our best to make it right. Depending on the item, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

💸 Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it has been approved.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs
Store credit is available upon request
If we made a mistake or the item is defective, we’ll cover the return shipping
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
