• Shipping Rates – Rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, product weight, and destination.
• Delivery Issues – Crit & Clatter Games is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers once packages have left our facility.
• Lost Packages – If a package is lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll do our best to assist, but final claims must be filed with the carrier.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your order! Please review our Return Policy before making a purchase.

• Eligibility – Most new, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Condition – Returned items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.
• Non-Returnable Items – Opened trading card products, custom 3D-printed items, apparel, clearance items, and digital goods are not eligible for return.
• Return Shipping – Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Custom and 3D-Printed Items

Custom and made-to-order products, including 3D-printed accessories and personalized game pieces, are non-refundable once production begins.
We make every effort to ensure accuracy in color, size, and finish, but small variations may occur due to materials and printing processes.

We strive to keep all product information accurate and up-to-date. However:

• Product colors, images, and specifications are for reference and may vary slightly.
• Inventory levels are updated regularly, but errors can occur.
